How could you encourage a Deaf Community to get involved a Hearing Community? I.e. Clubs, sporting events or in work

I think its important to find non-hearing related activities obviously but also maybe teach those who currently attend youth clubs sign language, this would help them feel more involved and even make friends with those in the area.

Schools should introduce it aswell as an extra curricular activity They did it in my school, and its actually quite popular amongst the younger year groups ]
