Attorney General visits WIMPS

Una, Aiobheann, Shauneen and Karen from the WIMPS Crew - all students at St Dominic's College in Belfast had a visit on 1 December from the UK Attorney General!  The girls entered a competition and were awarded the overall prize after telling the Attorney General about the issues they face as young people.

Here you can hear the speech that the Attorney General made before awarding the four girls with their certificates.  The group now become part of the Attorney General's UK Youth Network, and will travel to London to meet the other members of the group and to advice Baroness Scotland on issues affecting young people.
