Petition to save 'Hands On'

Hands On is the only television program in Ireland for Deaf people and as ISL (Irish Sign Language) is a visual language "Hands On " is of huge importance to the Deaf community. RTE in it's "restructuring" have cut the budget for "Hands On" from 20 programmes a year to six. On average the shows in RTE have been cut by 5-10%, "Hands On" has been cut by 56%.
