Young people at launch in Gaol"I am a huge fan of Public Achievement and its WIMPS project", said the Belfast Lord Mayor, Councillor Naomi Long at the launch, where she praised the young people from Ballymurphy, Springmartin, White City and Greencastle who made films about the impact of the 'peace walls' on their lives.

"In this society"
, said Paul Smyth, Director of Public Achievement, "we are still spending much, much more on division than we are on bringing young people together.  According to one Government report - up to £1.5 billion per year.  Whilst projects like this are clearly useful and important, we have much more to do if we are going to create a shared future for young people and the rest of us in this society."
